OptimICE®
OptimICE® is a liquid slurry ice technology that replaces conventional flake ice. The liquid slurry ice surrounds the fish, quickly cooling it down below 0°C / 32°F and keeping the temperature around -0.5°C / 31°F.
PreCoolers
Pre-Coolers are used to obtain optimal utilization of the Optim-Ice® System in varying circumstances. The Pre-Cooler is adjusted and calibrated to suit each customer and his particular requirements. The selection of the correct Pre-Cooler is dependent on the size of the liquid ice system being used and water temperature.
OptimICE® Storage Tank
The OptimICE Storage Tank is a dual-shell, pur-insulated system that continuously stirs and delivers up to 4000 liters per hour of homogenous liquid ice, maintaining temperature stability and ensuring efficient on-demand supply.

Oxygen Generators

S900 Injection Machine System
The S900 Injection Machine injects brine and additives into fish with precision control, enhancing product yield and quality while reducing loss, and features an intuitive touch-screen system for seamless operation and traceability.
IQF Tunnel Freezers
The IQF Tunnel Freezer provides fast, efficient freezing with gentle product handling that locks in moisture and preserves product quality.
Non-pressure Plate Freezer
The Non-Pressure Plate Freezer freezes products between aluminum plates without applying pressure. It ensures high-capacity freezing of up to 100 tons per day while maintaining product shape, texture, and quality, using up to 40% less energy than traditional blast freezers.
RoteX Thawing®
The RoteX Thawing™ system is a fully automated, energy-efficient solution for thawing frozen food products, using precise temperature and timing control to reduce drip loss, preserve product quality, and minimize bacterial growth through low-temperature thawing.
