Production Manager

The role involves overseeing and managing the production at KAPP — including both standard production items and custom-made solutions.

• Oversee and manage the production of both standard products and custom-made solutions
• Lead and supervise production staff in assembly, fabrication, and machining operations
• Plan and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
• Ensure quality control of all manufactured products
• Manage product orders and maintain inventory levels
• Review and update technical documentation, including design drawings and CE certifications
• Support the service department with spare parts orders related to production items
• Maintain communication and coordination with suppliers

• Degree or vocational training in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field
• Proven experience in manufacturing operations and team leadership
• Strong understanding of production planning, assembly, and machining processes
• Knowledge of quality control standards and certification processes (e.g., CE marking)
• Experience with inventory management and ERP systems
• Ability to read and update technical drawings and documents
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and external suppliers
