KAPP supplies equipment from Helmholz. Helmholz provides a range of remote-access and communication solutions, including equipment that connects different communication protocols and enables PLC systems from different manufacturers to communicate with one another.

The REX router allows users to connect directly to equipment and gain an overview of system operation, view alarms, and access real-time data and measurements. It can also send SMS or email notifications when an error occurs, allowing service technicians to diagnose faults from anywhere in the world.

Web2Go also enables users to access the equipment interface remotely through a web browser.
