We’ve been running the KAPP ScaleMaster 800 in our whitefish line for just over six months, processing mainly tilapia and sea bass. From day one, the unit delivered clean, consistent results with minimal scale residue left on the fillets. The dual-roller system adapts well to size variation without damaging the skin—something we struggled with in previous machines.

We added the KAPP AutoGrade 500 to our fillet line in February, aiming to improve both precision and speed in weight-based packing. After five months of daily use, I can say this grader is a major upgrade from our previous setup. It processes up to 180 portions per minute without jamming or drift in accuracy. The built-in vision system is fast and surprisingly reliable, even with slight variations in surface moisture.

We installed the PolarSwift IQF Tunnel Freezer in our secondary processing facility three months ago, and so far, performance has exceeded expectations. We're running skinless salmon portions and squid rings through it at about 1.5 tons per hour, and the uniformity of the freeze is spot-on. Product separation is excellent—no clumping, even after extended storage—and core temps are consistently reaching -18°C within 6–7 minutes.
